Justice, Adam

Teacher - P.E.

Email Mr. A. Justice

I studied for both my first degree and my PGCE in Physical Education at the University of Liverpool before I began my teaching career in Lancashire, England. 3 years later I moved to my home town of Oxford and continued teaching Physical Education at St. Gregory the Great School, one of Oxford's newest high schools. Here I took on new courses such as AS and A'Level Physical Education (ages 17-19), Health and Social Care (BTEC), and helped to introduce new sports to the school such as Trampolining.

I continued to develop my subject knowledge in PE and was also asked to take on the role of Head of Year to 184 students in their two year GCSE period. The challenge of taking on such a role was a daunting one but has definitely helped in making me more aware of every child's needs both academically and pastorally.

In my second year at the British School of Chicago I am pleased to have taken on the role of Head of Physical Education and am keen to make PE even more exciting and diverse than it has been before, through forging links with new schools and activity providers.

It continues to be a real pleasure living and working in such a great city that provides me with so many opportunities both in and outside of school life.
