Email Mr. A. Wilkins

After being brought up in South London then Hertfordshire I finished off my secondary education in Boston where I gained a basketball scholarship at the age of 16.

On returning to the UK I went to the University of East Anglia in Norwich to study Politics, Philosophy and Economics before undertaking a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics at the same institution. As well as teaching in Norwich, I have spent the last 3 years teaching at an Independent Catholic Secondary school in Hertfordshire. I have also been able to coach basketball at previous schools and have taken two teams to national finals in the UK.

I am a keen sportsman and play basketball, football and cricket. For the past year in the UK I played basketball for a professional National League team and I continue to coach in and out of school.

Outside of school my main passions (apart from sport) are travelling and cooking.

At BSC I will be teaching Math from year 7 all the way through to the Higher Level IB and I will also be coaching the Varsity and Junior Varsity Basketball teams.
