Beth Fridh
Admissions Assistant
After being born and raised in Rockford, IL, I relocated to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University and receive my bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Communication Studies. During that time I spent a semester studying abroad at St. Clare's University in Oxford, England, and traveled extensively throughout Europe. After college I moved to Chicago to work and I also studied at DePaul University, graduating with distinction with my master's degree in New Media Studies.
Before joining the admissions team at the British School, I worked as an Education Coordinator for Aveda Corporation, where I was responsible for organizing continuing education classes over a six-state region. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, traveling, and volunteering at PAWS Chicago, a local animal shelter.
I’m very happy to be joining the admissions team, and I look forward to getting to know both the prospective and current families at the British School.
