Jennifer Van Horn

I am very excited to be a part of the British School of Chicago, especially as an American in a teaching role. I was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, and studied education with an emphasis on English and Speech at Illinois State University. I graduated in May of 2008, and went on to teach at a variety of suburban high schools. This is my 4th year in education and second year at The British School of Chicago.
I enjoy music, dancing, and theater, as well as being active and having fun. I play several instruments, and have been dancing my whole life. I’ve worked as a choreographer for the past 4 years for various talent shows and theater productions at the schools I’ve been at. I look forward to another year at The British School of Chicago!
