Director of College Counseling
I grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. I received my Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Brandeis University, where I majored in Political Science and minored in Legal Studies. Following a year interning with the Public Defender and a corporate attorney, I enrolled at Northwestern University School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor. After practicing corporate law at firms in both Chicago and Boston, I decided to change my career path.
For the past eight years, I’ve been working in the field of college admissions and counseling—first, as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Brandeis University and then as a College Counselor at a private college-preparatory school in New York City. The years I’ve spent working with students have been the most rewarding of my career. I’m thrilled to have joined the British School of Chicago, and I look forward to working with and getting to know our students and their parents.
