Program

Year 1 and 2 classes are held from 8:30a.m. - 3:30p.m., and Years 3 - 6 are held from 8:15a.m. - 3:30p.m. Options for after-school clubs or before & after school care are available.

Applying for Year 1 to Year 6

To begin the application process, please submit an application and fee before February 6, 2012:

• Application Form (.pdf may be returned by email, fax, or mail)
• Recent Photograph
• Application Fee ($150) Pay online now (non-refundable)

Once the admissions department has received the above you will be contacted to arrange the following:

1. A group tour (if not already attended) between October - February
2. A parent meeting with a member of the admissions or leadership team to discuss your child between December - February.
3. Evaluation and shadow day visits arranged between January - February.

The following additional forms will also need to be returned to the school before a parent meeting can be scheduled:

• Teacher Evaluation Form:
  Year 1 - Year 2 (.pdf)
  Year 3 - Year 6 (.pdf)
• Most recent school report / report card (where appropriate) to be sent with Evaluation Form(s) directly from current school

Please wait until November or December before submitting your teacher evaluation forms to your current school, and submit a copy of the first semester report card once you receive it in December 2011.

Shadow Days - Getting to Know your child

We invite all Year 1 to Year 6 applicants to meet our teachers and spend a typical school day with other age appropriate children. During this visit your child will be given a 'buddy,' another member of the class, who will ensure they are making new friends and staying involved in classroom activities. In order for children to feel comfortable about their visit, we will prepare some information to help familiarize them with their host class.  

The typical point of entry is at our Nursery level.  Availability in other year groups will be based upon vacant spaces and current students re-enrolling for the following year. Decision letters will be mailed in early March for entry into Years 1 - 6. Rolling admissions will continue in any year groups with spaces remaining thereafter.
