Welcome to the British School of Chicago 2010 Science Day

This year our theme is ‘Planet Earth’ such a precious commodity that we sometimes take for granted. We shall be exploring everything Science has to offer with research activities, practical experiments and computer simulations.

We have lots of exciting activities planned throughout the day which you will be able to keep up to date right here. We will be having videos, photos and writing about what’s going on in school.

Mad Science Chicago, Peggy Nobart Museum and Clean Energy Illinois are in school all day providing us with fantastic workshops about a range of topics from Animals to Marine pollution to Global Warming all with practical hands on experiments for the children to get involved in. Along with this children will be carrying out work in their classrooms linked to their workshops.
